Awful company, leaves you stranded without a product or refund!

I would strongly advice anyone not to purchase anything from this company. Mon Purse to not treat their customers correctly!

I ordered a made-to-order clutch in October 2019, with an estimated

delivery time by Christmas. After many delays in production, then by the end of February 2020 they said that they were unable to deliver the item. I was then offered a full refund of 188 Euros, which I accepted via email in the beginning of March.

From that point onwards Mon Purse stopped communicating with me, I have sent several queries to them about my refund, but not a single reply from Mon Purse for over two months now. So still waiting for a refund for a purchase originally made in October last year, that is poor customer service! Please stay away from this company, they do not deserve your business!
